Cajun Pickle-Brine Bloody (party favorite)

Tastes like: bold, zesty, a little briny—with a snackable skewer.
Instructions
  • Single (16 oz pint)
  • 4 oz Murph’s Famous Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1.5 oz vodka (or bourbon for a deeper profile)
  • 0.75 oz dill pickle brine
  • 2–3 dashes Worcestershire
  • 2–4 dashes hot sauce Squeeze of lemon (about 0.25 oz)
  • Ice

Rim glass (see “Rim” below). In a shaker with ice, combine everything, roll (don’t hard-shake), and strain over fresh ice.

Garnish: Grilled orange wheel, celery heart, olive.
Rim: Equal parts kosher salt + smoked paprika + a pinch of sugar.

  • Pitcher (serves ~8)
  • 32 oz Murph’s 12 oz mezcal
  • 4 oz fresh lime
  • 16 dashes orange bitters

1–2 tsp chipotle hot sauce Roll with ice in batches; keep chilled.

Tom Yum Mary (Thai-inspired, ultra-umami)

Tastes like: savory, citrusy, aromatic—bright lemongrass and lime.
Instructions
  • Single (16 oz pint)
  • 5 oz Murph’s Famous Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1.5 oz vodka (or gin) — sub club soda for NA
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (or ½ tsp soy sauce for veg option)
  • 1 tsp chili crisp or 3–4 drops chili oil
  • 1 thin slice fresh ginger, lightly muddled
  • Ice
